Returns and Shipping

Returns
Edhardysydney.com will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please email us telling us the reason at service@edhardysydney.com to get return authorization.
We will refund you after we receive your returned order. 20% handling fee, including the restocking fee and the postage back to the warehouse, will be deducted from the refund. Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, we will email you to let you know it has been received. We then issue the credit on the next business day. From this time, it takes up to 7-9 business days to show up on your credit card account. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
Your return request must be made within 15 days of when your order was delivered.
Do not send items back without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you. Ship the order back to us using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to us.

Merchandise purchased online must be returned to the website and can not be returned or exchanged at a ed hardy retail store.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.  All purchases are final on clearance items.

Exchanges
We do exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We suggest you place a new order for the style color size you want and then email customer service at service@edhardysydney.com to get return authorization to send the item back to us as a return. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want for an exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. When you email customer service please have your new order number handy so they can file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received back at our warehouse.


Shipping
Free shipping on every order. Your order will be shipped out next days after it has been placed. And normally, it will arrive at you in around 7 days after your order has been dispatched. However, we are not responsible for the exact delivery date. Please place your order in an earlier time in peak periods, such as Christmas and so on, to allow more time for both us and the carrier to deliver your order.
Please ensure that you provide us with the proper address for your shipment. The shipping address you provide MUST be a valid address with the international express delivery. P.O. Box address is not recommended. We are not responsible for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
All parcels will be marked as “Gifts” or “Samples” to avoid charges that may be imposed by customs. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties if there’s any.

All delivery items will be sent by the "Recorded Signed for" delivery service that can be tracked on line. The tracking number and link will be sent to you via email after your order has been shipped out. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival to ensure your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please pay attention to track your parcel status online.
